Additionally, I faced significant discomfort due to uncleaned rooms. service was notably lacking, with no one attending to my requests for basic needs like toiletries.

The lounge area was super chill and the local eateries nearby offered tasty bites. Plus, the Makkah Bus stop across the street was super convenient for getting around. Felt like I was really living it up here.

Location is unbeatable at Blue Coral. right at the major intersection in Mecca with many food joints like KFC and McDonald's just a short walk away. The room maintains cleanliness with spaciousness that felt welcoming after long days. Enjoyed the view from my window, adding a nice touch to my stay. The shuttle service to Haram was excellent, making trips hassle-free. However, communication can be a challenge, as most staff only speak Arabic. I faced issues with the room service being slow. sometimes I had to go to the reception to get assistance. Additionally, I found the bed situation problematic. the mattresses moved and once my child slipped between them, which wasn’t safe. On my last night, I had no hot water, which was quite disappointing. Blue Coral could improve on room maintenance and staff training to enhance guest experience.

I had a great stay at Blue Coral! The rooms are neat and spacious. Tons of food spots nearby. Just keep in mind it’s a bit of a trek to Haram, but they offer good shuttle service. Communication was tricky sometimes, but overall, solid experience!

The shower drain was clogged during my stay!!! The towels in the room were not replenished and only one was provided. Also, no ironing service available, which is a hassle for longer stays.
